Grant Writing for Federal or State Contracts 

Federal and state contracts are complex, lengthy and require considerable documentation in order to create an effective, winning grant proposal.  Fees for such services include consultations and collaboration with your organization’s designated representative, setting up an online federal or state account, writing and submitting the grant proposal to the appropriate agency prior to its due date. Grant Writing Services  will also provide hard copies of all submissions for your organization upon request.

Funding Searches

Grant Writing Services will conduct a search of databases and print resources for foundation, federal and state sources with grants that complement your program’s needs. A list of pertinent sources will be compiled along with photocopies of applicable information so that your organization can then pursue particular grants. Agreed upon fee will include consultation with your organization, gathering information and producing the final product.

Foundation Contracts

Grant Writing Services will locate 3 foundations on a local, state and/or national level, then create and submit a grant application to those agencies.  The fee includes consultations with your organization’s representative.

Please note: Terms of service and fees will be negotiated between your company's authorized representative and Margaret M. Keller dba Grant Writing Services and will be confirmed in a written service contract. Expenses related to all services are billed at cost, plus 10%, to include such items as postage, overnight delivery, transportation and printing costs. These will be billed on a monthly basis. For future contracts, your organization representative will be notified of any fee changes.
